1. Returns Eligibility

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will verify and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days through the original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged delivery.

4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
